Great hotel if you’re traveling on a budget. Close to the beach, great views, very walkable, comfortable beds, very clean. However, it would be great if the laundry had a coin machine to get quarters for washing clothes. The front desk didn’t have coins to exchange and it would’ve been nice to get some for laundry. Overall, great experience and would definitely come back!

Great location. Nice enough hotel. I asked for a special service for my room the day of check in but they failed to follow through. I reached out to them and they failed to respond. I can't believe they are willing to lose a customer and get bad social media. I would have gone back but now I will not. What a let down.

The location of the hotel is perfect - close to the beach, restaurants and an easy Uber ride to events or downtown LA. The staff could not be more friendly - they were amazing and overly welcoming. The bed was one of the most comfortable we have had in any of our hotel rooms lately. The hotel itself is a little outdated, but the restaurant and people make up for it. I would highly recommend this hotel - we will definitely be back 😁!

Enjoyed the rooms, comfortable, and what I expected for a 3-star+ rated hotel. Location within walking distance to wharf, marina, all great views and walks. Several restaurant choices from dive burgers to high end, also within walking distance. If you like to hit the gym, it is adequate. It will feel crowded if joined by more than 1 other person, which was common in the morning hours. My biggest disappointment was that the hottub was out of commission. Was a big reason we picked the location, to warm up and relax in the cool evening, night hours. If not for that, I would have easily rated this location 4-stars. All the staff were considerate and courteous. They have done a good job hiding the industrial facility next door. You have to go out back door that is out of the way to get to anything to really see it.

The room was clean, the bed was comfortable. - As a courtesy, there were two bottles of water and a couple of coffee bags in the room. The coffee was from a very fine selection, the aroma and the taste were excellent. - No breakfast is included in the room's rate. The laundry room is located outside (by the pool) which wasn't very convenient. - Plenty of car parking spaces, but with charge. - Soap and shampoo weren't good at all.

Great stay! Beautiful place. Only complaint was bar tender at the lobby. Don’t remember his name but he has dark hair, Caucasian, be has a long beard. Extremely rude. Didn’t appreciate his attitude.

Great location, close to a lot of restaurants and an easy walk to the beach! There are bikes for rent but they were a bit old and needed upkeep. The pool area is nice and the staff is very friendly! The bar area is super convenient but more expensive than other options in the area.
